Got her scoped - Rusted & Locked Up 454

Dohhhh, Got a professional to scope the Merc 330s in my boat and one of them sucked salt water and is totally rusted up .... bummer!
Looks like I will be shopping for replacements power - if I do one I might as well do em both or find used diesels - and see if she is worth it or if I should part her out.
NOT good!

I have some Yanmars (actually 3 of them) that came out of a 46 Fountain Express with Arnesons. They were running fine when pulled, really low hours (about 100). Complete with transmissions but would consider separating them.
I can verify the model numbers if you are interested.
