Default Got her scoped - Rusted & Locked Up 454

Dohhhh, Got a professional to scope the Merc 330s in my boat and one of them sucked salt water and is totally rusted up .... bummer!

Looks like I will be shopping for replacements power - if I do one I might as well do em both or find used diesels - and see if she is worth it or if I should part her out.

NOT good!

It's a cruiser 42-foot with dual 454 inboards and arneson drives.

I have some Yanmars (actually 3 of them) that came out of a 46 Fountain Express with Arnesons. They were running fine when pulled, really low hours (about 100). Complete with transmissions but would consider separating them.
I can verify the model numbers if you are interested.

Would be interested to hear about them - can you message me? Gear ratio? HP/Torque and of course the $s you would need for two of them. I am local to you - Thanks Bam!

I’m surprised a 330 ever got hooked to surface drives. What make and model? How does it run?
