Default Donzi 38ZR Windshield

Hello there. I have a 2006 Donzi 38ZR with a broken windshield (a guest climbed on top, lost his balance and stepped on the windshield and it broke). Can anyone tell me where to get a new one or do they have to be made by a plastics shop? If anyone ever had to replace theirs please let let me know what you did. Thanks so much!

Try Performance Acrylics in OH. Patrick replicated my Fountain Windshield in 2021 and done a great job. I called a lot of places and he was very reasonably priced compared to others. If he don’t have a mold, he can replicate your old one. He had 3 shades to choose from. Clear, light smoked, and dark smoked. Mine is dark. Very happy with his work.

You might try Marine Surplus in Sarasota, FL.
They purchased most old inventory from Donzi when they moved.
Still have many Donzi items (fully wired dash panels, switches, ect)

he made one for me as well really wish I had gone with the blacked out versus smoked. Can you see through it when sitting down? Moot point so just tell me no please

Also reasonable and very happy with the finished product. I think it was 22-2300 for the front piece and both sides with new stainless fasteners. I did make the drive to Ohio versus risking shipping. I think shipping was around 500.

No…
I made the drive also and got some frozen Chicago style deep dish pizzas from Giordano's on the way back. Twice because he replicated my old one. Five or six hours one way. I’ll never forget it either. I made plans to make the first trip and that was right around when the ice storm occurred in 2021. I actually stuffed it in my Corolla I drove to work. Only me and the windshield could fit in the car lol.

There is a place in Southern California that fabricates marine windshields called Aero Marine. I think they are still around, although their website doesn't work. Here is their Facebook page with contact info.

Looks like Performance Acrylics can do it. All the others passed. Won’t be cheap, about $1800 for all. What an expensive misstep onto the windshield. Damn

Thanks again everyone for your input.
