Hello, I have what I think is a set of Kiekhaefer controls that I would like to restore, can anyone tell me how the trim switch housing comes apart before I break something trying to disassemble? Any other advice is greatly appreciated!

Are the controls cast aluminum or? I've seen 89Mach1 has a polished set?
