I need to fabricated a trailer for my Formula 233.

Just looking to see the best practice for custom fitting the bunks to the hull.

Thanks,

If you have access to yardarms (4) thats the easiest. Build your frame and crossbars, Lift the boat on the yardarms about 6" above the frame at the chine, make sure you are high enough the clear your fenders and tires. cut tack weld repeat 50 times. Fit bunk boards. 4 under engines, 4 under center of boat and 2 under bow. Make sure rear bunks extend past transom at least 4". Buy axles, fit to trailer set up electric over hydraulic brakes. Find cool stainless fenders and install. Buy all led lighting and install. Buy bearing Air Tights and install. you will be at 10K and still not have tires. OR buy a finished trailer and go boating.,,,,,,,,,
