if someone can please put a link for the page on how they pressure test their tail pipes would be appreciated.

Post a picture of ur tailpipes, so we can see what the outlet end looks like.

need to see the outlet side, the end where the exhaust comes out . so we can see how to plug it ,to pressure test . is it a dry tip or does the water mix there .

This is the other side. By wet you mean water passes through it, if so yes it does from the header

What Tom wanted is a picture of the end that is sitting on the table

Probably need something like this to seal off the water discharge holes/slots then pressurize the water jacket with air.
