O2 wedge plate

Looking to install a wedge adapter plate to install between my Gill manifolds and risers to add a O2 sensor. The bolt patern is 4.25" x 4.25". Havent been able to locate any?

If this was in response to my post, it does mention "If you don't see your application listed, call". I'm certainly not making any claims on their behalf, but this tells me they do "customs", or just don't have all configurations listed. I'd say it's just a matter of changing a couple parameters in their solid model, running it through their CAM software and over to the CNC. It looks to me like they've got the general details worked out. It would definitely be worth the call if I were the OP.
