Ok i have a 29 Powerquest with 454s and they have Carter Carbs. Has anyone have ever changed the filters that are in the Carb ?

It soes not look like a hard job curious ?

most carter carbs do not have a filter per se. they either have a screen behind the inlet fitting or they have a small screen on each needle seat.

Ayuh,.... The important "trick" is to use 2 wrenches,.....
