Default Removable bulkhead/footrests

I have a 24’ V hull….boat is open from side to side under the dash looking into the cabin. I’d like to add footrests/bulkheads similar to the 25’ Powerplay sport deck…..from the limited photos I’ve seen, it looks like the Powerplays are bolted in and removable…..is there a reason they are screwed/ bolted in and not glassed? Does anyone have detailed pictures of these footrest/bulkheads of how and where they attach in a 25’ Powerplay?Or an opinion to making them permanent or removable?

Any help greatly appreciated.

On my old 22' stinger it had a single foot rest in the middle under the driver only...i thought it was kinda stupid so i made it across for both the driver and passenger. (These are center steer boats)
Made the form from wood and glassed it solid since there's no holes or openings for moisture to get in it wouldn't matter. Never seen removable foot rests on a boat but that's not to say it doesn't exist.
