Default Florida's Boaters Freedom Act just signed into law

Ron DeSantis just signed the Boater Freedom Act into law. It limits local governments from banning gas-powered boats and restricts law enforcement from conducting random safety checks without probable cause.
Fun fact:
900,000 boat registrations in Florida.
4,000,000 licensed anglers.
$ 31 billion in generated revenue. (I think a billion was my money)

I assume this won't apply to the Feds.... if you want to see the biggest waste of tax dollars wrapped up into a TV show watch: Contraband: Seized at Sea. It will annoy the ever living crap out of you. The very first episode is them trying to track down a 'known' drug running boat. They have a freaking airplane trying to find it, along with a team of people on a high end boat hauling ass all over... then they break out an apache helicopter for backup. Spoiler alert, they pull up to the boat and it's a family returning from Bimini that the cops treat like absolute dog crap.
