Guys, I know this is a big ask but does anyone have any information on the Miami vice scarab that was in Gallions point Marina, London a few years ago? Was told by Axle that worked there that it was for sale due to unpaid storage fees.
Marina then closed down and I’m trying to see if anyone knows where it ended up.
Also if anyone knows of any other 38 or 43 Scarabs for sale around Europe I’d appreciate the heads up
Cheers

I think I remember that boat for sale. It was sitting out in the yard uncovered. Most of the boats from that time period are rot buckets by now unless they have been gone thru. The cost to redo one outweighs buying on that is already done. You would be thousands of dollars ahead buying this one 7837759218.html, than redoing one.

One of the "original" Scarabs was for sale for something like $20M...is this the one you are talking about? There was some discussion about it here, basically people saying you were paying for the provenance/mystique...because yeah, you can find boats of that year and model for one helluva lot less.
