Thumbs up Here is something that you don't see every day...

Every once and a while I look through Ebay, hoping to come across a nice cheap 40' apache (still no luck there) but was kind of surprised when I came across this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...875571780&rd=1

This would make a cool pit car....beats the heck out of a scooter.

I think he got confused about wether he was building a car or boat! 500efi and gaffrig gauges and steering wheel. Cool!

What would be the effects of putting a boat motor in a car? If you put a car motor in a boat you have the torque issue for one, but how about the other way around? Or are you just paying a ton of $$$'s for that pretty blue moter

The effects? How about an ear to ear grin that only goes away when you have to stop at the gas dock because boat or car, they are thirsty...

What can I can I say, the flame arrestor has been one of the biggest headaches with the Camaro. Unfortunately I don't have a bilge for the silly chrome K&N cover to fall into when it vibrates off....

At the end of the day, I modified an elbow and filter from a Procharger setup - works great and flows more air than the little guy does anyway.

You need to add the Whipple charger to it now.

If it does not sell I am considering trying to sell or trade off the HP500 EFI for an SC bullet but a carb set up, not EFI. I looked at the Whipple when I built it but could not use the 1st gen set up.
