Default My little dog Megan went away today

I just returned from putting my little girl doggie Megan to sleep after a long illness. She was my little girl and I'll miss her a great deal. Here's a picture of her in my arms this past summer. Her litter mate Pete is looking around the house for her as I write this.

Dave and Barb-
So sorry to hear this- I know how much you loved that little dog!
Having just gone through this with our old yellow Lab 'Buck' a few months ago, we know how hard it is.
If they could only live as long as we do.....

Thanks Jim. I appreciate it. I'll call when I can talk. It's just a little difficult right now.

sorry to hear, I think everyone goes trough this at least once in a lifetime. Down the road the pleasant thoughts will always make you smile.

Crazy,

Sorry to hear that. I'm dreading the day we have to put our big boy down; we think he's around 4-5 years old, and I'm watching the grey creep in around his muzzle. Unfortunately, he's a big dog, 100+ lbs. and they don't live as long.

Give Pete a hug for us, and we'll keep Megan in our prayers.

It is very difficult losing a close companion. Thankfully our memories of them will last forever. My warmest regards during this difficult time.

Unhappy

Sorry to hear about Meggan. It was great having both dogs on the boat for the COPS run.

I will get the disk of proofs out right away.

Give our best to Barb too.
