Dude.......There is no better BarBQue than in Kansas City.

Everybody knows that and it is a no brainer.

Go to your store in Va and you can prolly buy KC Masterpiece or Gates and Sons BBQ sauce. KC staples.

IMHO....Gate kicks masterpiece's arse.

There used to be a little rest called "The Speedy Pig" in Russleville Alabama. Their moto was "You Croak Em, We Smoke Em". Next would be Fayettville Ark. called Bubbas (what else) LOL

Oh, and "Barbeque" isnt some sauce you slop on the meat, its how you cook it. Kansas City makes good sauce and has the best beef at the "Blue Ox".

Between Birmingham,Alabama and Jasper, Alabama is a BBQ joint called The Green Top. Nothing better anywhere. Good BBQ has to be from a "joint" not a restaurant. And BBQ is pork,not beef.

Of course barbeque is pork, no one would know that better than me. I was just saying that KC has some kickass beef. You should try the speedy pig if you ever go through Russelville. Its so not a restaurant. It reminds me of the old time butcher shops with a few picnic tables.

OK,Tanned, BBQ is not ribs,it is sliced or chopped pig pork meat,and celebrities don't eat it, it's the regular guys like us that enjoy it. Celebrities would probrably want wine with it and you know how BBQ incorrect that is. Pig pork sandwiches and BEER. And BBQ is not prepared by chefs,it is prepared by cooks.
