Do K Planes trim fastetr than dual planes? What are the advantages of K Planes if any on a 60MPH boat of dual ram...

dual ram tabs are no where as heavy duty as K plane's. K plain's are also longer, made of cat aluminum, and use a hydrolic ram that is all metal not plastic like trim tabs, You can run them on boats going well over 100 mph, the speed of the tabs are related to the speed of the pump that is runing them. also the longer the tabe the more effictive it will be , but will create more drag. longer dont mean that it is better. it depends on your boat and the speed that you are running.

unless you are going over 70mph or hitting big water you can stick with the cheaper dual ram tabs.
