doing a rebuild on a 1990 bravo transom assembly.
Are there any up grades i should consider?
If I where to switch from the electric senders and go to mechanical indicator, should i order the hinge pins for use without the senders??

If you order hing pins you will have to drill the unit to accept the larger pins. Had done this on many a unit it works fine

Sorry I forgot to mention you can change the gimbel ring to a heavy duty. The part would be a 2000 hp500 gimbel ring

what needs to be drilled? The bell housing?
