Also have to log in everytime to post soemthing. Have closed Internet Exployer, and opened back up and still have this problem?

I think you have to go to the control pannel, then go to edit options,and then enable your cookies.

depending on the version of your browser...do something like this;

edit
preferences
privacy and security
cookies
view
(select the level of security. Medium will work)

or;
explorer menu/tools/internet options/privacy to low
