Default Bennett Marine... new forte? Customer Service Seminar?

I am not just posting this because they are sending me a few new free ferrules because now spring time, I cannot find the ones they sent me for free last fall.

I upgraded my tabs from ST-12 to ST-16 right before winterizing last year. They walked me through the process, and took care of me on the parts. SWEET!

My boat was rigged with un-equal length hoses to each side, resulting in one side being faster than the other. They took care of me by sending up some tubing length to even them out.

I am writing this thread because every phone call, every email, every correspondence is done so very professionally, very courteously, and extremely expedited; and they end everything with a giant thank you for my business.

I really wish M. J. Thomas and their entire crew could host a Customer Service Seminar for folks around the industry; i.e. certain parts and accessories retailers, certain trailer manufacturers, yadda, yadda, yadda. After they bring this industry up to speed, they could start in on Appliances and Automobiles.

There was a thread like this about Bennett about a month ago, their customer service should be a model for other companies in any industry. I too had an excellent experience with them.

Yeah I'm the one that posted the last thread about Bennett and M.J. Everything that he said they would do for me was done. I even wrote him back with a link to the thread, figure he might as well see the good things that are said about him and the company.

Glad it worked out for you also, too bad not all companies use their business philosaphy.

I have also had similiar positive experiences with them. I must say they go above and beyond what is the standard to make sure the customer is happy!

Yes, I recieved top notch customer service from Mr Thomas as well. If his boss is following this thread, He deserves a raise!

...and for a free automatic trim tab retractor kit, I'll call your boss personally

It's a shame they don't make hi-perf......K-plane type stuff...
They have the best customer service in the bus.
