What has happened to Baja customer service I 've been calling for a week and only get a machine but no one calls me back. Has the fountain deal gone thru ?

Yes Fountain now owns Baja.

The plant in Buycrus is in the process of closing down and the 23rd of this month is their last day.

I'm not sure there is any customer service right at this time no fault to the good folks in Ohio.

What are you looking for or needing to know and I'll see if I can help you out.

I have been talking to justin Clinard in the warranty dept concerning an issue and they agreed to pay for it to be fixed. I am having the work done this week and was counting on baja paying for it as they said they would. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
