22' Baja: How fast?

22' Baja: How fast?
A friend of mine is looking at a 22' Baja w/454 mag Bravo.
Best he could do is 56 gps. Should it run faster?
Would only tach at 4200 WOT.
I'm not sure of the year, looks to be 90's.

If its a 22 Caliber or a Hammer it should run upper 60's with the mag or low 60's with a 300 horse 7.4. My uncle had a '93 22 Caliber with a 7.4. With a 23 pitch Mirage it ran 62 - 63 GPS, speedo showed 69 - 70.
