I close the deal on Friday!!! I bought a lot on lake travis, and will soon be building my new house there. Ill post some pics I took of the land. Now I wont have to pay a slip fee. woohoo!

Everyone knows where the party will be in september at the baja poker run--

hey man congrats,were is it on the lake????you will build the dock first right>>>>the boat must be covered-before the house is built

It is in the Lago Vista area. If you were at the lakeway marina and drove away from the dam, its about 3-4 miles on the opposite side of the lake from lakeway.

nomo--I have already checked. Listen to this crap. You cant build a dock until you have the home built. A couple of years ago, people were building docks with little huts on them and sleeping in them, so now you must have a house first. It wont take too long to build though.

I did one last year. I make sure im in on both baja ones, and try and catch one of the ltpa ones.

Maybe ill do this one. I want to see that new 342!
