In defense of the Mitsubishi Eclipses, not all the owners are idiots. My wife has a 2001 GT and its a very nice sports car for the $. No, its not an M3, but for $22K its more fun than anything on four wheels Ive ever driven. Ive had the speedo to 135 but you know how speedos are. Unfortunatley, Subaru came out with the WRX just after we bought the Mits. or we would have looked hard at that for similar coin.
