I would love to join you guys but I still can't walk until the first of June. Franken foot, as my daughter calls it is doing much better now. I am looking forward to the June run. See you then.

What happened to your foot, is it broken

I had a severe dislocation of the lower ankle joint. Four surgeries to put it back together.

last summer I broke my foot, it took 6 months to heal I had
to wear an electronic bone stimulator, 10 hours a day for 3 months, at least I could gimp around though, best wishes
