Doesn't a 28 Skater with a couple of big outboards run over 100?

Nose weight (ballast) Did you put in that 150-200 lbs (=?kilos) as ballast forward? Be safe my brother............... I think the forum, builders, T2X and racers, 'NEED'(hope) you to follow their advice....... Balance!!! ............ Not just CG, but as Audacity has said 'MOMENT OF INERCIA' ie. 'Roll Center' . Best of luck, we are only looking after your best interest's!!!!!!!!!!

Default Tim, 28" props?

The props were 28"? with a 10% slip factor, and 5600 with 1.36 gears, I think you were running 98 mph. How much HP do you think the engines put out? Running the numbers, if your set up is anywhere near right, you are only putting out around 500 per motor. How high are the prop shafts?

Default Puder, that makes sense 500 seems right

Tim, did you run the boat today?? can you go over the set up again? I thought you posted it, if there is a post can you give me the link. If the engines are putting out more then 500 hp you might want to double check the height, and other measurements. toe on the drives, centerline of the shafts in relation to the sponson edge.
