Default Fountain Whiteout Powdercoat

Got Fountain whiteout powdercoating on all my railings. There is some chipping that I would like to repair. My understanding is that powdercoating must be cured in an oven. Is there any alternative to pulling and shipping my railings to a reputable powdercoater? I would be perfectly happy to sand and paint the chips - but I need it to look right. Is there a paint that matches Fountain whiteout powdercoat ?

GM White. I think it's called Glacier White.
This it what I use to touch up small chips on my powdercoated grab railes and other white out parts. Not perfect but very close. BTW my boat is not a Fountain hope this still helps.
