boat storage in Miami?

I am about to buy a Pantera 24 (before this one gets sold too) and want to keep it in a dry storage in Miami, preferably not to far from the ICW.
Any of you guys can recommend some places? I don't necessarily need them to drop it in the water for me, but if the price is right it's ok. Thanks for your advice.

Here' the engine ( it was built in 1988 according to the guy at Carolina Racing whom I visited yesterday) supposedly it has only about 50 hours total, since the boat sat in a air conditioned warehouse for several years.
However, there is rust on the port side of the block, underneath the freeze plugs, does not seem to be any leakage from them. Also the paint is peeling off pretty badly in that same area???.
