St. Petersburg, FL. – APBA Offshore announced today two new additions to its top level management team. Bill Sedgewick has been appointed as the Company's new Vice President of National Event Operations and Jim Poplin has been promoted to the new position of Vice President of National Race Operations.

Mr. Sedgewick comes to APBA Offshore with a wealth of motor sports event production experience. He served as the Director of Operations and the Facility and Technology Manager of the Homestead – Miami Speedway from 1993-1996. He also served as the Director of Operations for several CART series races including The Miami Grand Prix from 1983-1985, and 1988-1995, and has worked with virtually all of the major motor sport sanctioning organizations in the United States including:
