OK Time to prop this boat, Help.

Finnally solved my fuel delivery/miss problem.
Now I need a prop. this motor should run between
4600-5000, Last night tagged the rev limiter at 5200
twice. 68 on speedo(66gps) 1 person 80 degrees
water temp about 66. Bravo 26 four blade. 1.5 xz
large shaft. Pretty close to fountain perf. report.
It said 68 on radar @5100.
Would like to get this right the first time, wouldn't
everyone? I still have 3 B-1 props left from dialing
in the last boat. Any one have this package?
Of course I want to go 70 @4900-5000.
Hoping for some testing ability instead of buying
3 wheels to get it right. Thanks in advance.John
Anyone need a mirage 23 non plus, ballastic 25.
Both perfect 3 blades.

I am no expert but it sounds like you are real close now. You can probably go to a 28p bravo1. May be a little to much with a full load but it will drop your RPM. Or you could have the 26 reworked. I do not have your set up but I do like having a spare prop. One for crusing everday use and one I have tweaked for those special occasions!!
Find someone with a 28 you can try. Also most good prop shops will allow a trade on new props until you find the right one for a slight fee as long as you do not damage it testing. Perfomance boating = test - test - and more test. Isn't it fun!!
Good luck on your set up. Just my .02.

Will thinning and cupping raise the pitch and lower
the rpm? I don't want to let it go if I dont have a back-up.
Can't afford to miss a day of boating in this state.
Do they make a 27 bravo? Should put me at 4900-5000
I paid 300. for the ballistic and this is an honest 15 min
prop. It blew out on me and the rpms were too high,
I took it right off. I can be reached at 248-683-8612
est 10:30-1:30 mon-fri. A reasonable offer. John
