Default Trim pump ports

When you look at the trim pump, which port is which? Which port is up and which one is down?

I don't know off hand which port is up,But.The Blue wire should be the one that makes it go up.High pressure.hook them up and energize the blue wire to be sure .Switch the line if it is not correct.

That's pretty well what I'm facing. It was working just fine until it was pointed out that I had the blue wire on the bottom solinoid. I realize that it doesn't really matter which wire is connected where, but instead it's the ports that matter. It wouldn't be such a big issue if my lines were long enough to be reversed.

If you have the white plastic reservoir pump, the hose fitting connx are marked on the pump housing with an arrow above the fitting. On the round cannister type, up is on the right if you are looking at the fittings. Square pump, up is on the bottom left with the filler screw on the right front.
