I have been trying to get them to change my address on my bill for almost a year now. Every month I check the little box and on the back of the statement I write in my new-well not new now-been there almost a year-address.

Don't feel bad...I called them like fifty times and changed my address on the bill before they finally changed my address!!! I'm finally done with them....and have moved on.

I was going to say I do... but dang.. maybe i should not! P.S. I am NOT in sales or customer service... so not sure what you are looking for I may or may not be able to help(I fix the phones for now...looking to get into the Switch or Field engineering soon!)
