well after 20 successful hours and one poker run I am ready to tune the motor. I had the motor de tuned a bit so that I could break it in . The motor was set up to run at 30 degrees timing and 6 psi of boost . I been currently running 28 degrees timing and 4.5 psi boost. What I need to know is what size pulley I need to get 6 psi. . The motor is a 454 with a 177 weiand blower with a inter-cooler. I am currently running the standard pulley that is supplied with the blower. There is about 4 other pulleys to choose from but I don't know where to start. any one have a clue?????

Hi Paul.

The Holley manual lists a 7" lower pulley with a 3.07" upper pulley. This combination should be approx. 6 lbs of boost on a 454 with a 177 supercharger.
