Me and a buddy are planning a trip for next June. We want to run from Biscayne Bay area to Key West in our boats. The girls are going fly down and stay with some friends while we trailer down from VA. A trip like this we will need some serious advance planning, (plus it's fun to talk about while rafting up on the river this summer) so ANY advice or information you could give us would be great.

Just in case you get adventurous, and go to the Bahamas, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CROSSING THE GULFSTREAM IF THE WIND IS ANYWHERE OUT OF THE NORTH.

It's a great trip, contact the florida powerboat club. You can buy video's of the Key West poker run it will give you a glimps of the trip. Let us know when we might join ya.
