i wrote down here that had rewerse problem with my Trans II but it was forvard i have problem it only goes slow and no power because i can hold the prop with a stick please help me

I don't think that you are getting much help and there does seem to be a bit of a communication/language problem here. Having been through several MerCtrans II units, I would guess that there is no "quick fix" and that you will probably have to pull the unit out and overhaul it. Check for failure in the tranny's hydraulic pump area. Rebuild kits for those MerCtrans II's are getting almost impossible to find so you might want to consider searching out a B/W upgrade if you have the space to accommodate the slightly extra length.
