Default Apache HIN (Hull Identification Number) Prefixes

What are the HIN (Hull Identification Number) prefixes for the numerous versions of the so-called Apaches, including Comanche, McManus, etc.

McManus:
AP8 are the 41's & 47's except for one that had to have a new HIN# put on.
and
COM are the Comanches

Saccenti:
APH were the 24's, 28's, 33's, and 36's.....probably will continue into his new product line also.

If it aint one of those 3 it aint an Apache or Comanche.

Breakdown is like this

Prefix denotes which builder
3 digit number is the number in the series
letter I believe is the month built
number ???? maybe the series number for that year
2 digit number (last) is the year the boat was built.

The last 2 digit number is the MODEL year, the letter (or number) is the month, and the number after the letter is the actual year it was built.

I stand corrected on the KMS prefix I had something else on my mind while posting such as my wife and the bedroom. So hey you know it's amazing that I even got that much right. You were just waiting to bust me on that weren't you bro?

Chris if the number after the letter is the actual year built how come there is som much of a variance in that number? Just an observation and I'm once again speaking from memory so my old mine isnt what it once was.
