Trim pump reservoir

Trim pump reservoir from merc is no longer available is their any after market replacement or do i have to buy a hole new pump assy just for the plastic reservoir

i just replaced replacedthe resevior on mine. the mechanic had a couple. said when there gone you have to buy an adapter for a new style resevoir.
