Question chemicaly cleaning rub rail?

is there some way to take the rub marks out of a rub rail?
i thought i read it here but cant find the thread.
acetone maybe?

the best thing i found is goof off from home depot that stuff is killer it will even take off lipstick from the vinyl

stop putting the girls face down and you won't have lipstick on the vinyl

plastic rub rail? I use an sos pad. comes out great!
