Are there slip purchases??
I am curious if there are slips that you can purchase in Florida or the Keys. Something that one can own and live on their boat and then will to their kids. Or maybe put a lift or sling in.

Yes. They're often referred to as "dockominiums". I know that Oceanside Marina in Key West (Stock Island) was going that way, but their web site does not mention anything about it. You might try calling there and asking for Roger Green. Last I heard, he was the dockmaster. Tell him that "Chuck from Penske" told you to call.
