Ok here is my problem, on my laptop its a hp, the battery meter keeps flashing orange, and it wont charge, ive run test on it and it says the battery is fine, but it just wont charge....

It will say it is charging, and then it will just switch over to where it says im just running ac power, and the charging thing on the bottom right hand corner just goes off...


Here is a screen shot, it says its charging, but it wont charge.. and on the battery thingy there is a red x on it... here is the pic:

If the puter is new..charge the battery for about 6 hours. Then try and use the puter with power..then with only battery..power cord out..

For some reason it just goes off of charge to ac power...

Now it says its charged, but if I unplug it from the wall, it just shuts off...

what brand laptop?

call them up and tyell you to send you a new battery.

I dont think its the battery..
