IP address look up

Need actual location of an IP address not general area or as close as someone can get.

The IP is 192.216.121.218 please help if you can.

The above is the same info I could come up with. It actually looks like it is somehow protected. Some sites I use wouldn't even return any information. Samspade.org was the only one that gave any info.
