This actually brings up a good point. It would be nice to have a "waterfront houses" section. Odds are a lot of boaters on here would be interested in houses that other boaters owned when buying...then you may be able to get GOOD docks and lifts since they have been lived in by people who need this

OSO could make some advertising money off the realtors also
