Paint brands ??
Repainting my lower units. Got the supply list with pt#'s from Mercs website. They list Ditzler as their choice of products. I called the local paint supply shop and they said they are PPG. Is that correct? Samething, but different names.
Since the original Merc paint is tough and I know it works, I prefer to stay with what they recommend.

DX-533 Alumiprep#33
DX-503 Aldine #1201 conversion coating
DX-40 Epoxy Primer, zinc chromate
DX-401 Catalyst
DAR-9000 Acrylic Enamel
DXR-80 Delthane Ultra
DTR-602 Enamal reducer
Since the original Merc paint is tough and I know it works, I prefer to stay with what they recommend.
