Default Speed with a 377 6.2 small block??

I'm building a rescue center console boat with an I/O. I'm thinking about putting a single small block in it , boat will weigh around 3900 lbs with motor. What speed should I see. A 500 efi get's ya real close to the 80 mark - BH

Brian,

With the 6.2 Mercruiser you should see about 68.
With the 6.2 Scorpion you should see about 72.

I used a weight of 2750. 150 lbs less due to the small block vs the big block.
