Question These valves OK w/supercharger?

Are these valves good enough to use with superchargers? Exhaust aren't inconnel. But they are a good price and 2 sets are available. Reliability is far more important than saving money. I want these motors bullet proof.

Inconel is all I trust. Bad results would be a expensive.

Stainless will work if the boost is modest... but the grind has to be right.... or the exhaust will "tulip"... Inconel are the best... What is the brand? Manley? I had Manley stainless exhaust in my engines... they worked well... but I was only running 5 lbs boost.. and rich mixture too. The jack-a** that originally did the valve grind did such a lousy job one of the valves tuliped... after the valves were reground .... no problems.

Your key word in your post is "I want these motors bulletproof"

Go with Manley Severe Duty Intake valves and Manley Extreme Duty Exhaust valves. Extreme Duty are inconnel.

Extreme Duty valves are about $350 per set of 8.

$350.oo for just the exhaust valves sounds expensive... but factor in the labor cost to remove the heads and re-do them after they are burned... makes them cheap!

IT'S NOT WORTH BEING CHEEP ON A BLOWER MOTOR. YOU SUCK A VALVE YOU WILL THROW BLOCK IN TRASH CAN MOST OF THE TIME. I HAVE DONE IT!!
