I found a deal on flotation swim suits today at walmart it made by Stearns and is under $30,only a couple styles but a great deal. My daughter doesn't mind wearing it at all in fact she ran around the house with it on all afternoon!!

My nephew has one of those (in blue and red) and it works well. I also saw some wetsuits for kids with built in life jackets today at Sam's club.

Your daughter's a cutie.

Not quite as small anymore (she just turned 9) and she does know how to swim, but getting her an autoiflatable vest worked great for increased comfort and getting her to wear it without complaining (as long as I'm wearing mine too !)

we got the ones from Sams last year for the pool but they aren't CG approved for the boat so she had to wear a Jacket while on the boat...

careful, you'll want to test her in it before she goes boating with that on.

My kids floated upside down with those kinds of things on. Made them easy to retrieve if they fell in, but the CPR was unnerving.

Whatever you strap her into, get her some pool time in it and make sure you like the way it floats her. Pretend that she is unconscious. If you don't like the way it tries to float her limp, then scratch it off the list. FAST.
