I had to pull the port motor on my excalibur and found that the stringers had been notched out for the racing mounts that are on the boat, but when I looked closer I found that the stringers were wraped with kevlar.
is this just the stringers or is the whole boat like this??

What size Excalibur do you have. I have had some glass work done in my 40 and havent noticed and Kevlar stringers.

I believe mine in my 79 24' are also.

I know for sure that all the 1979, 1980 executioners were all kevlar, hull, srtingers, etc... mine is (1980 32' ex)

i have a 78, 32ft, mine says KV in the vin #, mine has lots of stress cracks everywere. im looking into how to correctly repair them. If anyone has any info, please let me know, thanks
