I need the power valve specs and jet specs for 500hp carb.

Here they are, right out of the Merc manual:

Holley 800 CFM

Primary - Port 81, Stbd 75, power valve 6.5
Secondary - Port 89, Stbd 93, power valve none

The 500hp carb set up was for tanned fat. He didn't know what info he needed. I should have two motors then maybe I would be boating for a change.
