Ok, I am new to the offshore boats. I have many friends with 42' Fountains. I am looking at a 29' for Lake Tahoe. I figured that I could pull a 29 with my H2. Anything larger would require a new truck. Also the 29's fit into my budget.

I have been looking at Fountains and Formula's. What do you guys recommend?

Depends on what you want to do.
How you plan to boat.
How much time you plan to spend in the cabin.

A 29 will do fine on Lake Tahoe.

I have a house on the lake, so the cabin is not a priority.

I am mostly looking for advice on best new boat for the best price.
