Based on http://www.brunswickmarineemea.com/f.../mcm_95-04.pdf I would guess it is a 2003 model year, but very close to the 2004 model year.
As I read it the serial no. for model year 2003 starts with 0M365640 for 4.3 MPI Alpha One models and 0M365680 for Bravo models.
Model year 2004 starts with 0M656797 for 4.3 MPI Alpha One models and 0M655926 for Bravo models.

Thanks for your help guys....in either case I'm pleasantly surprised because I pick up the boat for $1500.00 at an auction. It had bad gas and at the moment It dosen't start..any idea what I should do from here?
If I put gas in the throttle body it will start but once the gas is burned it conks out.
Thanks again
