Prop out of balance - help

Prop out of balance - help
Hi!
Inspecting my A45 Tempest 26 we discovered that the end of the hub / diffuser ring is concave / out of balance (3 millimeter). I have sent the prop to a propguy, but meanwhile I wonder what kind of effect this may have had. Less speed / increased slip / increased cavitation?
