I have a 1986 Wellcraft Scarab III. TRS drives with about 500hp 496's. What would be the best props for this set up? Do Bravo props fit on TRS Drives?

Yes, the Bravo 1 props will fit the TRS drive with no modifications.
Most of the boats with the TRS drives work well with the Mirage or Mirage plus. The Mirage is no longer available and has been replaced with the Mirage plus. The Bravo 1 is an option as well but you will most likely lose a couple mph on the top but pick up a couple mph in the mid range.

You can find a pair of used Mirage props, since many have switched to four blades. You don't need four blades with the drive as deep as it likely is on that boat. If you have enough power, the 25 Mirage is hard to beat.
