Arrow Baja group add your info.

Since the issue of PROP's and speed always comes up and everyone is looking for the best prop and speed out of there boat. I thought the BAJA group should put together a list of what props they have tried and the outcome achieved.

1) What Baja (year) (length) (Outlaw, islander, etc.)
2) # of engines and HP of motor in the boat (310,385,415,etc.)
3) what drives used and gear ratio (bravo) (1.5 or 1.36)
4) Prop used (3 or 4 blades) (brand) (Labbed or stock) (who labbed)
5) What RPM's are you running at WOT
6) speed (GPS or speedo) indicate which one.
7) Prop slip #'s add yours http://www.boatpropellers.com/propcalc.html
8) What conditions did you run in for best speed (calm or chop) (July or Dec.)
9) estimate the weight of your boat loaded down when you got your top speed.
10) For twins are you spinning your props in or out.
11) Do you have hook in your hull or had it taken out or you don't know.
12) and if you have a pic of your boat running at WOT post it.

If you tried other props post all of them if you have the info. And if you can post the perfomance difference between your stock and labbed props.

PS: To keep this as simple as possible and easy to read only post once with your info. If you try another prop just EDIT your post and add the info to it. Also I you have a question for someone email them so we don't have a bunch of side conversations.

3. Gen 1 A1, 1.84
4. Mirage 14x19
5. 5200 (tach is also 150RPM happy, so realistically 5050)(need a new one, as the engine top rpm is 4600)

Dialed in pretty good for a 14 year old V6 with over 1000 hours, more than half at WOT.

Also- Through Alisyn Type 1 drive oil I gained 2 MPH.
